Shipment
We use the specialty wine shipping company VinFillment (formerly Vintrust) to pack and ship our wine. The shipping season spans four weeks beginning mid-October depending on the weather. If you plan to be away at that time, please have your wine sent to an alternate location. The wine is shipped to CA and OR via FedEx Ground and elsewhere via FedEx Two-Day Air. FedEx Overnight is optional in some states. VinFillment will notify you by email when your order ships. Address changes made after the orders have been released for fulfillment in the fall incur a $30 change fee. Utmost care is given to assure safety in shipment.
It is not possible to pick up wine at the winery; we do not have a bottled wine storage facility.
Pick-Up at VinFillment
With prior arrangement, wine may be picked up in October and November at VinFillment in American Canyon, just south of Napa. Select CA as the shipping state and then Pick-Up VinFillment. A $10 pick-up fee and California sales tax will apply.
Alternative Shipping
You may ship to a state where we cannot by using a third-party wine shipping or storage company – enter the shipping company and address in the shipping fields. Destination state sales tax may apply.
The shipping options menu will automatically enter your choice of several shipping companies that pick up from the VinFillment warehouse. Choose CA as the shipping state. If you select VinFillment, they will contact you for address details and payment. Otherwise, please make your third-party arrangements prior to shipment. CA sales tax and a $10 fee will apply. International Shipping
To ship to Japan, select shipping state IT and then Yamato Transport. Shipping charges are calculated online.
Except to Japan, the winery does not arrange international shipping. However, VinFillment does offer this service – select shipping state IT and then VinFillment International, Request Quote. A $10 fee will apply. Prior to shipment, you will be contacted by VinFillment to approve the charges.
